Our purpose is to elect Democratic candidates to public office and to expand the Democratic electorate. Local committees are the backbone of the state and national Democratic Party. Democratic candidates rely on local committees like ours to provide the organizational support it takes to win elections through voter registration, literature distribution, fundraising, phone banking, canvassing and signage, as well as other Get Out The Vote activities.
